The document states that it is necessary to build a modern industrial system centered around the electrical industry, with coordinated development of emerging industries such as intelligent IoT, new energy, new materials, and intelligent equipment. Accelerate the development of the electrical industry towards fields such as intelligent electrical equipment, new energy equipment, intelligent microgrids, and smart homes; cultivate and develop the intelligent IoT industry, focusing on sub-sectors such as automotive electronics, new energy electronics, communication electronics, integrated circuits, and IoT sensing; cultivate and develop the new energy industry, with a focus on sub-sectors such as PV, wind power, energy storage systems (ESS), hydrogen energy, and charging piles; cultivate and develop the new materials industry, with a focus on key areas such as high-end electrical new materials, high-performance metal materials and alloys, new-type cemented carbides and products, and electronic information functional materials; cultivate and develop the intelligent equipment industry, with a focus on high-end equipment such as industrial robots, CNC machining centers, large-scale mining equipment, automatic assembly, visual detection, and laser cutting and welding.
